SHOP FABRICATION
Our shop is capable of handling most demanding projects involving ASME Code (Carbon steel/alloys) Piping, Vessels & Structural Steel. We perform hydro testing & X-ray. Our facility is equipped to do Skids with electrical, (steam or electrical trace) tubing, insulation & paint. We perform hydro testing & X-ray as per client spec and, or code requirements. Our services allow us to offer our clients turnkey projects.
FIELD FABRICATION
INSTALLATION & DEMO
Includes Labor, Materials, Equipment and Supervision. Installation of Vessels, Piping, Spools & equipment modification of any existing piping. We offer structural steel erections & valve installed replacements. We have available specialized welders & fitters ready to complete the task at hand
GENERAL LABOR
Provided as requested: provide services such as, but not limited to: forklift support, flaggers and walking attendants, equipment tracking, clean drains and sewers, install lunch tents, supply drinking water into units, manage trash, install drinking water Stations, clean minor spills, clean office trailers and control rooms, confined space attendants, fire watch, bottle watch. This is all under the direction and need of client.
PLANT COMPLIANCE
Paint, fireproofing, Remodeling and Yard maintenance services shall be performed in compliance with plant guidelines, OSHA standards and Federal Law and Regulations, and additionally as per the customer’s needs.
